My Story

I started off my career as a social worker in 2016 and became a psychotherapist in 2017. I have held many roles in many different enviornments including CPS, court systems, home based services, inpatient, outpatient, and secure residential.

Between all of these roles, I had a coversation witha colleage in 2019 about how there were very few ADHD specific therapists that understood it inside and out. In true ADHD fashion, I made 3 business plans for the practice that I now own today, Thriving Enhanced Services! We (as in me right now) are a small (again, ME) virtual therapy practice that has the goal of making therapy for ADHD affordable and attainable for idnviiduals and families. So far we do this by offering virtual therapy in The State of Michigan for $60, assessments for $120 (flat rate), and group coaching for an average of $30 per session nationwide.

I also specialize in family trauma which often trickles down to helping individuals set boundaries with their toxic family members and process their own shitstorm for people that really should be in therapy but never went... but we still have a good time!
